Private B12 Injection Service – £25
Quick B12 boost at your local Right Medicine Pharmacy
If you’ve been feeling unusually tired, a bit brain-fogged, or you follow a vegan or vegetarian diet and worry you might be missing something, our private B12 injection makes things easier. Our trained pharmacy team will give you a single shot, explain what it means, and make sure you’re set.
What happens when you come in
You’ll have a short chat with the pharmacist to check your suitability (medications, diet, any previous B12 issues).
If all is clear, you’ll receive the B12 injection via the upper arm (deltoid muscle) in a safe, private space.
You’ll be given clear guidance about what the injection may do, when you might feel a difference, and what you should look out for.
Who is this for
This service is a good option if you:
Are 18 or over
Follow a vegan or vegetarian diet, or eat very little animal-based food
Have symptoms like tiredness, low energy, pins and needles, a pale tongue or skin tone, memory/attention changes
Have a diagnosed or suspected condition affecting B12 absorption (for example Pernicious anaemia, stomach surgery, gut issues)
No need to be a regular customer of ours, and you don’t need a GP referral.
Cost and availability
The service costs £25 and is available at selected Right Medicine Pharmacy branches throughout Scotland.
Why it matters
Vitamin B12 plays a key role in making red blood cells, supporting your nervous system and helping your body release energy. Low levels are more common than many people realise.
A simple injection at your local pharmacy can help you avoid longer-term issues and feel better sooner.
A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day.
If you need to change your appointment, we are happy to reschedule provided at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Please note that if, following assessment, treatment is deemed unsuitable or cannot be carried out, the deposit will be retained as a consultation fee and is therefore non-refundable.
